Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl combine coconut, condensed milk, vanilla and butter, and mix well. Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes, just to firm a bit.
Step 2
Coat each hazelnut in this mixture and shape it into a ball. Freeze for 1-2 hours
Step 3
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave in 10-second pulses, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add sunflower oil to the melted chocolate and mix well until combined.
Step 5
Using a toothpick dip the coconut ball into the chocolate, then into coconut.
Step 6
Place in fridge for 40 minutes to defrost and enjoy!
