Instructions
Step 1
Put yogurt, greens, whey powder, and chia seeds in blender. Pour nectar over the top. Then fill the van with water and pour it over the top. Blend until greens are chopped.
Step 2
Put frozen fruit in blender, then blend for your desired consistency. Add water or more greens as needed.
