Chop veggies very tiny and Sautee in pan with olive oil

Beat eggs in bowl, add turkey. Mix thoroughly. Add veggies and mix thoroughly. Add extra chili powder and salt and pepper.

Put into 2 loaf pans and cook in 350 oven for 30-40 or until internally 155 degrees.
