Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl- whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl, set aside. In a bowl or ziplock bag, mix together both chocolate chips, sprinkles, and Oreos, and set aside.
Step 2
In a stand mixer- mix together butter and sugars until well combined. Add in eggs and vanilla, and mix for a minute or two. Scrape down sides of mixer, add in flour mixture slowly, then add in chocolate chip/sprinkle/oreo mixture. Mix until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour. The longer- the better. I usually chill mine for 24 hours.
Step 3
When ready to bake- preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Using an ice cream scoop- scoop dough into balls and place 6 on a baking sheet at a time. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with pink salt. While still hot on the baking sheet- use a mason jar lid or circle cookie cutter and go around each cookie to shape it into a circle. This is an optional step but helps to make the perfect-looking cookie.
Step 5
Cool on a rack and enjoy!
