Instructions

Step 1
"Colour" the chicken breasts in the hot oil and butter
Step 2
Remove the chicken and replace with onion, chilli and garlic, and fry briefly
Step 3
Mix in the stock cube before adding the wet ingredients (peanut butter included)
Step 4
Put the chicken back (however you like), add the crayfish, and braise in the oven at 150°C for 1 hour
Step 5
Serve, once thick, with rice
