Ingredients

1 cuprice

3eggs

12 ozchicken stock

24 ozanchovy stock

2 cubesfrozen chopped spinach
or veggie of choice

6 slicesBarramundi
or fish of choice

350mlwater
or 240ml if using presoaked, frozen rice

½ tspanchovy powder
Seasoning for fish
Instructions
Step 1
Season barramundi and set aside.
Step 2
Boil the rice at medium heat in stocks and water until grain breaks. Stir occasionally. May add water to preferred consistency.
Step 3
Once the grain is broken, add barramundi, followed by veggies. Stir well and continue to cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Remain medium heat and stir occasionally.
Step 4
Add egg and break into small pieces.
Step 5
Add anchovy powder, mix well. Adjust taste by adding in more seasoning. Off heat. Garnish with spring onion and fried shallots.
