1 cuprolled oats
1 cupalmond milk
1 cupwater
⅓ cupquince jam
from candied fruit
2EGG whites
whiped
100gham
dried, thinly sliced
1 pinchsalt
sugar
to taste
For quince jam
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water with almond milk into the pot, as it is almost a bubble, then pour the oatmeal inside and then close it with a lid.
Step 2
How to make jam: Boil the quinces on low heat until boiled to 1/3 and then blend so that some small pieces remain inside.
Step 3
When ready, add quince jam (from candied fruit), salt and sugar to taste, and then stir in the pre-whipped egg whites
Step 4
When placed on a plate, place the crushed dried ham on top.
