Ingredients

600 gramsprawns
big
1 tspginger
chopped
1 tspgarlic
chopped
2onions
big, cut into rings
2spring onions
cut into 2cm
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle some tapioca flour over the prawns.
Step 2
Deep fry the prawns in hot oil until semi-cooked. Dish out and put aside.
Step 3
Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in wok,. Sauté ginger and garlic.
Step 4
Add 3 tablespoons of Chinese rice wine.
Step 5
When it is fragrant, add sauce.
Step 6
Mix in prawns.
Step 7
Add big onions & spring onions. Stir-fry well.
Step 8
Add thickening (1 teaspoon corn flour with 2 tablespoons water) and stir well.
Step 9
Add a dash of sesame oil to glaze the prawns.
Step 10
Dish out and serve.
