Instructions
Step 1
Mayonnaise: Combine sour cream, tomatoes, mayonnaise.
Step 2
Burgers: Combine sirloin, cheese, oregano and pepper flakes. Form into 4 patties about 1/2 thick.
Step 3
Cook burgers until browned on both sides 3-4 min per side, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 160°.
Step 4
Top with mayonnaise and cucumber. Phase 2 on bun.
