Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, mix ground beet, chopped onion, garlic, and all spices until well combined.

3. Press the beef mixture onto the sheet pan into an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.

4. Score into long strips to create 'kebab' shapes.

5. Bake for 18-22 minutes until fully cooked (you can turn the oven to broil for a few minutes at the end to get a little char).

6. While baking, prep toppings and warm pitas.
Step 7
7. Spread tzatziki on each pita, add beef kebabs, then top with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and feta.
