Chocolate & Banana Shake
Another combination that goes so well together, this chocolate and banana shake has an added boost of protein from the cottage cheese. Swap the vanilla extract for almond extract for an extra nutty flavour. This shake is also great served for breakfast or as a healthy pick-me-up after a work-out at the gym.
