Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to mixer. Mix on low for 1 minute until combined.

Cover and rest for 15 minutes
Step 3
Now knead at low speed for 3-4 minutes and then increase the speed and knead for an additional 5 minutes.

Cover and let rise in a warm corner of the kitchen for 2-5 hours till it rises and becomes one and a half times the initial volume.

Remove on to a flour-dusted surface and divide the dough into 4-6 equal parts.

Roll each part into round balls, by sealing all the seams under. Cover the dough balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, roll out dough into oval shapes. Use flour liberally to prevent sticking
Step 8
Dust pizza peel with flour and ensure naan doesn’t stick. Place in hot Ooni oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning often. Take out from oven, flip and cook the other side until done.
Step 9
Apply fresh grated garlic and butter immediately and cover under towel.
