Hamburger Potato Casserole

Step 1

Dice Onion

Step 2

Cook onion in skillet, Brown Beef, drain excess grease

Step 3

Mix cream of mushroom, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 4

Slice potatoes thinly

Step 5

Coat casserole dish in butter

Step 6

Layer potatoes in bottom of casserole dish

Step 7

Add everything else on top of potatoes except cheese

Step 8

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours

Step 9

Add cheese last 15 min of baking
