Caramelized onion
Step 1
Cut the onion in half. Then slice it.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the onions and fry for 1 min.

Add the pepper and stir.

Now add the honey and let caramelize for another 1-2 minutes.
Sandwich
Step 5
Spread each side of the bread with the olive oil. Toast until golden brown.
Step 6
Spread the bottom bread half with the cream cheese. Sprinkle on the pumpkinseeds.
Step 7
Add the arugula, pumpkin and caramelized onion.
Step 8
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
