Instructions

Finely chop onion & bell peppers

Heat the oil, and sauté onions & bell peppers

Chop and add meat to sautéed vegetables

Season with garlic powder, pepper and a light amount of season salt

Stir and cook for about 15 mins

Preheat oven to 400 while it's cooking

Open the rolls and toast for 5-7 minutes

As soon as you pull rolls out of the oven spread mayo on both sides an a slice of provolone on one side and a slice of pepper jack on the other side

Spoon hot meat filling in between the cheese and close. The cheese will melt and it's ready
