Instructions

Asparagus

Step 1
Cut off about 1cm of the ends of the asparagus. Then quarter the asparagus.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high and add the asparagus.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and fry for 2-3min

Sandwich

Step 4
Cut the bread in half and spread with the olive oil. Toast until golden brown
Step 5
Chop the spring onion, quarter the tomatoes and slice the avocado.
Step 6
Spread the bottom half with cream cheese and the upper half with mayonnaise.
Step 7
On the lower part sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and green onions
Step 8
then top with the avocado and tomatoes and cover with lettuce
Step 9
Add the salmon slices and finish with the fried asparagus.
