Instructions
Step 1
Prehead oven 180 deg. Line a slice tin with baking paper
Step 2
Place butter into TM . Melt for 90 sec 100 deg speed soft
Step 3
Add sugar, egg and mix for 5 sec sp 3
Step 4
Add flours, cocoa, weetbix and coconut and mix reverse 10 sec sp 4.
Step 5
Spread into sluce tin and bake approx 25 min until firm
Step 6
Choc icing - combine icing sugar ingredients except coconut TM bowl. Mix for 10 sec sp 3. Add more water if needed.
Step 7
Pour into hot slice and spread.
Step 8
Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
