Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a large skillet, warm 2 tablespoons of the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the carrot, celery, and onion; sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the tomato paste.
Step 5
In a large baking dish, combine the sautéed vegetables, beans, tomato, and remaining olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill.
