Instructions

Step 1
Add yeast to water and let sit until foamy.
Step 2
Add 2 cups flour and the salt.
Step 3
Knead in the rest of the flour until smooth.
Step 4
Roll out dough slightly larger than your pan. Sprinkle corn meal on the pan then place the dough on top. At this point you can make a raised edge on your crust or keep it flat.
Step 5
Let rise and preheat oven to 450.
Step 6
Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes, add toppings then bake an additional 5-10 minutes. You could add toppings directly to the uncooked dough and cook for 10-20 minutes depending on thickness.
