Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C), and line a baking sheet.
Step 2
Spread a single layer of chicken on the baking sheet, with a single layer of broccoli and peppers next to it. Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine tamari sauce, coconut aminos, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flake, and mix to combine. Pour half of this mixture over the chicken. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from oven, and add cashews to the baking sheet. Bake for a further 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with the remaining garlic sauce.
