Instructions

Step 1
Cook the potatoes until soft.

Grill sausages until cooked through

Make onion gravy
Step 4
While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a pan

When all melted, add the spring onions and milk and heat through. Do not let it boil.
Step 6
Pour the creamy mixture into a pan with the potatoes and mash until smooth and creamy.
Step 7
Serve with nice thick, onion gravy
