Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and half of the butter. Cook onions, garlic, mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In another pot, melt rest of butter and add arborio rice, cook untill grains are coated, then add wine/apple cider vinegar
Step 3
Slowly add broth, stirring often. Add half of mushrooms after first 1/2 cup of broth.
Step 4
Add mushroom mixture back into rice. Continuing cooking then serve with parm
