Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and half of the butter. Cook onions, garlic, mushrooms. Once cooked, remove from pot
Step 2
Melt rest of butter and add arborio rice, cook untill grains are coated, then add wine/apple cider vinegar
Step 3
Slowly add broth, stirring often
Step 4
Add mushroom mixture back into rice, then stir in parm
