Step 1
Start off by mixing all the ingredients listed under sauces, mix until well combined. Set aside

Then over medium heat add the oil. Allow it to get hot then add the onions and sauté once slightly brown add 1/2 lb of the ground chuck, cook down then add the other half.

Season with the listed spices, mix then once the meat is fully cook remove & set aside

Over low heat using a large pan. Quickly warm up the tortilla on both sides. Then add the filling. Cook ground beef, lettuce, tomato, sauce, and cheese

Add some butter to the pan over medium heat. Add the burrito, toasting on the open side first to help seal it then flip and brown the other side

Allow to cool for a few, cut in half or eat it in full and enjoy!
