Instructions
Step 1
Dice salmon into bite size pieces and place into a bowl with olive oil.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add your almond flour, Dannos, and grated parm. mix together well
Step 3
Add salmon bites mixed in olive oil to bowl of dry ingredients and make sure all sides are fully coated.
Step 4
add salmon bites to air fryer tray and air fry at 350 for 5 minutes.
Step 5
For sauce- mix together mayo, spicy Danos seasoning, and lemon juice.
Step 6
For plating- place cooked quinoa on plate along with salmon bites. drizzle sauce over salmon bites and garnish with capers. ENJOY!
