Step 1
Cut tenderloins into cubes. The size doesn’t matter but do keep them all roughly the same size so they fry evenly.
Step 2
Place in a glass bowl with the milk and pickle juice. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Ideally an hour.

Preheat your deep fryer or Dutch oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together your flour, powdered sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. In a separate bowl add your beaten eggs.
Step 5
Dredge your chicken in the flour mix. Follow that with the egg and the flour again. Make sure all of your pieces are coated well.
Step 6
Fry until fully cooked and golden brown.
