Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into fillets and place in large bowl, pour in buttermilk and add half of sliced, season and mix together. Leave to marinade for at least 30 mins.
Step 2
In a bowl add all the sauce ingredients, combine and set aside.
Step 3
Combine flour and remaining spices in a large bowl, dip marinated chicken into flour and place on tray.
Step 4
Fill a deep frying pan with vegetable oil, heat, test a piece of bread to see if hot enough and then add chicken. Cook until golden as cooked through. Remove and place on rack to keep crispy.
Step 5
Butter brioche rolls and top with sesame seeds, cook on dry hot pan until golden.
Step 6
Serve chicken with crinkle cut chips, sauce and toasted brioche slice.
