Batch 1
1kgMutton Nalli Bone
1 Tbspred chili powder
½ Tbspcoriander powder
½ tspturmeric powder
¾ tspsalt
Water
to immerse the Mutton bones
Batch
oil
½ tspgaram masala powder
2green chilies
curry leaves
2white Onions
big, chopped fine
1 Tbspginger garlic paste
1tomatoe
salt
½ Tbspcumin powder
½ Tbspfennel powder
½ Tbspblack pepper powder
½ Tbspsakthi Mutton masala powder
Fresh Coriander leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Add all the Batch 1 items into cooker and leave it to whistle 6-8 times and rest until pressure released.
Step 2
Fry Batch 2 items in a large pan stage by stage and add the Batch 1 items from the cooker and close and cook for 5 mins each time. Add the Mutton broth as required and check for salt.
Step 3
Roast until it looks like the photo. 😋
