Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in boiling water, as per the packet instructions, drain 2 minutes early and set aside
Step 2
While pasta cooks, heat a pan over medium heat. Spray with oil. When hot, add turkey, breaking up with a spatula. Add salt/pepper and cook until the meat is beginning to brown and no longer pink (6-8 minutes)
Step 3
Add cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and dijon mustard. Stir to combine. (Optional - add a tbsp or two of milk to make creamier)
Step 4
With pan still over medium heat, add oregano, garlic powder, salt/pepper. Add cooked pasta. Stir to combine fully and remove pan from heat. (optional - for golden brown, bubbly top, place under broiler for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown
