Instructions

Step 1
Shred zucchini and carrot so they resemble spaghetti. Mince garlic.
Step 2
Add avocado oil to frying pan. On low heat, cook garlic until just soft. Add carrot and zucchini. Cook until zucchini turns translucent. I like to use medium heat.
Step 3
Serve or store in fridge.
