Step 1
Cut the fish into bite size pieces and pay dry
Step 2
Make the wet batter with the rest of the ingredients
Step 3
Add the soda water last in parts and whisk until you get a smooth consistency. If you don't have sofa water just normal water

Put the fish into the batter and mix
Step 5
On a plate or dish add the panko breadcrumbs
Step 6
Then transfer the fish with one hand and with your other hand coat in the breadcrumbs

Set that aside for 10 mins
Step 8
Get your oil to 180c or 355f
Step 9
Then fry for around three mins on each side until golden brown
Step 10
Let it drain off excess oil
Step 11
Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy
