Fish and chips
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT ⤵️
Make it at Home Episode 6: London Fish & Chips 🍟
Fish
1 kg boneless white fish fillets without skin (I used red snapper)
Salt
1 cup Cornflour
•Pat dry with a kitchen towel and cut in desired size.
•Season with salt on both sides. Put aside
•Before frying dip the fish in Cornflour on all sides
Batter
200 g flour (chilled in the freezer)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp baking powder
400 ml club soda/sparkling water (chilled completely)
•Mix all the dry ingredients together.
•Just before frying add the soda and mix. Form a thin batter
•Dip the Cornflour coated fish and fry in hot oil till golden brown on all sides

I used thick cut frozen fries 🤣
