Cut half a cabbage and onion in thin slices. Lightly boil the brocoli. Cook the cabbage and onion in a wok, after a couple of minutes add a dash of soy sauce, curry and garlic to taste, add brocoli and noodles once cabbage is soft. Stir everything and end by adding the noodle. Add oyster sauce at the very end. Taste. See if it needs a little tartness add balsamic vinegar if you want. Take off the heat and throw in a generous hand full of cashew nuts.
