Instructions
Step 1
To boil the noodles, follow the instructions on the packet. Or use ready to wok noodles.
Step 2
Heat 1.5 tbsp oil in a wok.
Step 3
Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves. Add the chopped garlic and stir fry on medium heat for 15 seconds.
Step 4
Slice the boneless chicken fillets (breast or thighs ) into 2" strips.Add the chicken and stir fry on high heat for around 4 mins till the chicken pieces are browned.
Step 5
Take out the broccoli florets and sliced the white part of scallions.
Step 6
Add the sliced white parts of scallions and broccoli, stir fry on medium heat for another 30 seconds.
Step 7
Julienne cut the carrots, cabbage & red pepper.
Step 8
Now add the julienned carrots , cabbage and pepper. Stir fry on high heat for a minute until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy and retain the color.
Step 9
Now add the boiled noodles and mix it well with the vegetables.
Step 10
Prepare the sauce, combine light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil , light brown sugar, black pepper sauce, chicken powder, cup water and cornflour. Mix well and pour in.
Step 11
Stir-fry and toss on high heat for 2 mins till the noodles are well coated with the sauces.
Step 12
Garnish with green part of scallions and serve immediately. Enjoy
