Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
Beat the peanut butter, shortening or oil, sugar, the egg, milk and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer in the higher speed until it is light, kinda fluffy and all combined.
Bowl
MixerMix
light brown sugar1 cup
milk3 tablespoons
vanilla extract
egg1
Step 3
Combine that mixture with the sifted flour baking soda and salt, then envolve until just combined.
U can add a little more flour if u need to
Step 4
Put parchment paper in a oven pan, then you can use an ice cream scooper or your hands to form the cookie batter into balls. After you put them on the pan, crisscross the cookies with the fork and put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
You can lower the oven heat if u need to. You’ll probably think something is wrong with them because they’re to liquidy and soft, but once they start browning they get a little hard and when u take them out of the oven and let them sit and cool down they’ll be chewy and harder then they where.
Step 6
Once they get out of the oven let them cool down for 10minutes then place them on a cooling wrack until they are completely cooled down. Then u can enjoy your peanut butter cookies.
