Preheat oven to 350

Brush shallow baking dish with melted coconut oil. Stir together the blueberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and lemon zest in the dish.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the oats, 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, cinnamon, pecans, and salt. Mix the ingredients well to evenly distribute the coconut oil. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the berries.
Step 4
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the oats are lightly browned.
