This vegan spicy pasta is perfect for an authentic Italian dinner with your friends and itβs super easy to make π
If you canβt find vegan bechamel at the supermarket, you can simply make it at home with 50g olive oil spread, 50g flour, 500g soya milk and a pinch of salt.
Otherwise you can simply replace it with vegetable cream π

Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, sizzle chopped shallot and garlic with olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add chilli paste, half a ladle of pasta water and simmer for a minute.
Step 3
Add vegan bechamel or soya milk and simmer for 5 mins.
Step 4
In the meantime, boil your pasta until al dente, drain and add them to your sauce.
Step 5
Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding your vegan butter.
Step 6
Turn the heat off, vegan cheese and stir vigorously until it melts, adding a drop of pasta water if necessary. Buon appetito!
