Step 1
Toast the bread in some butter.

Add blackberries in a pan together with lemon juice and maple syrup, simmer for a few minutes on medium heat.

Top the toasted bread with sliced cheese and blackberries, and add them in the oven at 200C until the cheese is melted (around 5 minutes).
