Instructions

Step 1
Heat over to 350 degrees

Mix the oats, cheeses, onion, spinach, and salt in bowl

Beat the tomato sauce and egg together
Step 4
Pour mixed tomato sauce and egg into bowl and then add ground chicken
Step 5
Mix everything together until well blended
Step 6
Pour into loaf pan and compress it into pan tighly
Step 7
Top with ketchup drizzle
Step 8
Place in oven and cook for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Step 9
Once cooked through, remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes then serve
