Instructions
Step 1
Pyaaz, tamatar ar harri mirchain dhoo loo. kalay masoor - 3/4 plastic glass bowl may dal k achay sy dhoo lo, agar saaf b hain tu atleast 4,5 baar panii nikal dainaa dhoo k. * ar pyaaz wagaira katnay sy phly dhoo k 5-10 min bheego daina bowl may pani dal k.
Step 2
a). 1 pyaaz + 1 tamatar + 6,7 harri mirchain + half glass water ----> grind all ingredients. (b). Garlic 6,7 poothiya + ginger small cube + small amount of water ----> grind it and place it separate.
Step 3
Add these ingredients in cooker----> kali masri daal 3/4 plastic glass (bowl jis may diboii hoi the wo pani giraa daina) + paste made in step (a) + 1.5 tbs namak + 1tbs zeera + 1 tbs lal mirchain +1 tbs achar ghost masala + 0.5 tbs dar'ra mirch + 0.5 tsp haldi + 4 plastic glass of water -----> close the lid of cooker and wait for seetiii shuuuuu.
Step 4
TARKAA : Add paste made in step 2 (b) in frying pan + 1.5 dongi of oil -----> turn on stove, jb light brown ho jy tu utaar laina.
Step 5
Jb cooker ki seeti chl paray tu turn on timer for 11 min.
Step 6
After 11min turn off cooker ar wait kro k keel neechay ho jy phr khol k chk krna agr daal ho chukii ho tu add 0.5 tbs garam masala + 0.5 tbs sookha dhania + Tarkaa.
Step 7
*** agr daal na paki ho mean kachii ho tu cooker dobara chaala laina for 3-4 min. *** pani agr zyada lagay end pe tu taiz aag kr k uraa lainaa. *** at the end salan may namak chk kr laina
