16 ozmarscapone
¼ cupsugar
1 ½ cupheavy whipping cream
8 ozlemon curd
½ cupblueberry compote
2 Tbsplemon juice
¼ cuplimoncello

Step 1
Add water and sugar and zest to a small sauce pan and cook over medium heat until dissolved then add limoncello, blueberry syrup, and lemon juice
Filling
Step 2
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form
Step 3
In a separate large bowl use a hand mixer to mix together mascarpone, lemon curd, lemon juice and limoncello.
Step 4
Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture and gently fold in to combine.
Topping
Step 5
Mix the lemon zest and 1/4 sugar and massage together then coat blueberries and set aside
Assembly
Step 6
Start assembling by dipping your ladyfingers into your cooled lemon syrup, and layer the bottom of the dish. Place about half of the lemon filling over top, then add the blueberry compote and spread evenly. repeat the process, one more time and then sprinkle your lemon zest sugar blueberries on top.
