Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients and whisk until incorporated. Make a well and combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and whisk until combined (lumps shouldn't be visible).









Step 2
Cover with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

Step 3
Add water and whisk until combined (to make the batter less thick).


Step 4
Spray the pan with oil spray and pour a thin layer of batter until the surface is completely covered and cook for 1 minute on each side. Repeat until batter runs out.



Step 5
Add toppings of your choice.
