Ovo de Páscoa Recheado de Brigadeiro After the Easter weekend using one of our many Easter eggs I created a perfectly silky brigadeiro stuffed Easter egg with a layer of crushed Oreo on the bottom covered with chocolate brigadeiro and decorated with white chocolate brigadeiro and Oreo's.

Step 1

Make brigadeiro by heating on a stove top till silky and thick

Step 2

Add coco powder to first batch with first can of condensed milk

Step 3

Second batch cook without coco powder

Step 4

Crush Oreo’s and create a layer in half of a chocolate Easter egg

Step 5

Pipe over chocolate brigadeiro

Step 6

And decorate with white chocolate brigadeiro and halves of Oreo cookies
