Ingredients

1 ½ cupblack beans can
drained and rinsed

2 Tbspcocoa powder

½ cupquick oats

¼ tspsalt

⅓ cupmaple syrup
agave or honey

2 Tbspsugar
or you can increase the amount of maple syrup to 1/2 cup

¼ cupvegetable oil
or coconut

2 tspvanilla extract

½ tspbaking powder

½ cupchocolate chips

walnuts
optional add-ins

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 8x8 pan or line cupcake tins.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor, blend till very smooth.
Step 3
Stir in chocolate chips and pour into desired pan.
Step 4
Cook for 12-18 minutes, depending on type of pan used (mini cupcake tin would take less time)
Step 5
Leave to cool for ten minutes before cutting.
Step 6
If brownies still feel a bit soft, you can always leave them in the fridge overnight to firm up.
