Wash turkey and remove excess skin. Pat dry and place into a large roasting pan with aromatics on the bottom. Season turkey inside and outside with seasoning then combine butter herbs and crushed garlic and put all over the turkey inside, outside, and under the skin. Sprinkle additional Cajun seasoning on top. Place water or broth into the bottom of the roasting pan and bake at 350° 13 minutes per pound uncovered. Baste your turkey every 30 minutes.
