Step 1
Season the steaks with salt and pepper, reserve.
Step 2
In a frying pan, melt half the butter and add the steaks until brown on both sides. Once done, remove them and keep them warm.
Step 3
In the same frying pan, melt the other half of the butter.
Step 4
Add the wine, vinagre and let the sauce boil
Step 5
Add the cream, rosemary and chocolate, let the chocolate melt slowly and keep stirring until the sauce has thickened up.
Step 6
Serve the steak, cover with the sauce and sprinkle some peppercon over
