One of mine and my husband's fave morning eats: WAFFLES! Waffles that even my cat is OBSESSED with. Crunchy exterior with an OH-SO-FLUFFY-YUMMY interior. So good on its own and pretty damn yummy with maple syrup. If you're watching your calories...THIS IS NOT IT LOL. I mean definitely make this on your cheat days. I make this on Saturdays 💕

Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon in a bowl

In a small bowl, mix egg yolks, milk, vanilla and set aside

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks
Step 4
Add egg yolk mixture to dry ingredients, stir to combine
Step 5
mix in melted butter and stir until combine
Step 6
Fold in egg whites
Step 7
Bake on waffle iron until golden brown
Step 8
Serve immediately and enjoy!
