Instructions
Step 1
Make the rub, the evening before and coat the tenderloin. Leave to mature.
Step 2
Use 1tbsp paprika, 1tsp salt & 1tsp black pepper & rub over meat
Step 3
Heat garlic oil on high for 10 mins
Step 4
Place in slow cooker & pour Guinness in
Step 5
Cook on low for 4 hours. shred. continue cooking on low for 2 hours.
Step 6
To thicken, remove 2 tablespoons Guinness and mix in 5ml spoon of cornflour. Add to the mixture.
Step 7
Turn to high for the next and last hour.
Step 8
Serve with mash and veg
