Stuffed Chicken Breast with Asparagus, salami and cheese wrapped in bacon

Instructions

Step 1
Butterfly the chicken breasts and flatten them out with a meat hammer.
Step 2
Sprinkle the Paprika, garlic granules salt, pepper and chill oil and rub it into the chicken.
Step 3
Place the salami at one end of the chicken.
Step 4
Place the cheese on top of the salami.
Step 5
Cut the Asparagus to size and place it onto the cheese and salami.
Step 6
Tightly roll the chicken ensuring the Salami, cheese and asparagus and tightly encased in the chicken and set aside.
Step 7
Place a piece of cling film approximately 200mm onto the work surface.
Step 8
Lay two rashers of bacon side by side onto the cling film.
Step 9
Add the chicken to the bacon and roll ensuring the bacon is completely wrapped around the chicken.
Step 10
Roll the wrapped chicken tightly in the cling film. Hold the ends of the cling film and roll the chicken on the work surface until it is a very tightly rolled sausage shape.
Step 11
Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Step 12
Heat a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 13
Unwrap the chicken and brown it all over.
Step 14
Preheat the oven to 180 and once browned place the chicken on a baking sheet, cover with foil and place in the oven for approximately 20mins.
Step 15
Once cooked slice the chicken into 15mm slices, serve with sides of choice, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
