Low Calorie Gochujang Tuna Salad

Today I bought gochujang for the first time and decided to do one of my favorite comfort foods with it, The Tuna Salad and it turned out to be INCREDIBLE. I made a sandwich with it, but you can eat it however you like.

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the mayo and gradually add your gochujang to your desired spiciness. After mixing add the other ingridients except the tuna and the green onions. Add salt if not using miso paste.
Step 2
Chop your green onions and add them to the mix.
Step 3
Strain your tuna and add it to the mix and mix untill all combined.
