Ingredients

2 x 6 ouncecans solid white tuna packed in water
2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
¼ cupcelery
minced
2 tablespoonsred onions
minced
2 tablespoonsdill pickles
minced
0.5 clovegarlic
minced or pressed through a garlic press
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonground black pepper
2 tablespoonsfresh parsley leaves
minced
½ cupmayonnaise
¼ teaspoondijon mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Place the tuna in a colander and drain well.
Step 2
Shred the tuna with your fingers, breaking up any clumps until it has a fine and even texture.
Step 3
Put the tuna in a medium bowl and mix in the lemon juice, celery, onion, pickles, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until well blended.
Step 4
Fold in the mayonnaise and Dijon until mixture is evenly moistened.
Step 5
Salad can be kept covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
